Warning! Please make sure you do not delete your old account in Mail.app before adding the new one. If you do, saved e-mails will be lost!
Open the OS X Mail.App. Go to the mail menu and click on Preferences
Click on Accounts.
Click the plus sign in the lower left corner to add an account.
Enter the Following info:
Account Type: POP
Account Description: Zumatel
Full Name: Your Name(as you want to people to see it when you send them e-mail.)
E-mail Address: username@zumatel.net
Click Continue.
Enter the Following info:
Incoming mail server: mail.zumatel.net
Username: Your zumatel e-mail address (username@zumatel.net).
Password: Your zumatel password.
Click Continue.
Make sure that "Use Secure Sockets Layer(SSL)" is not checked and click Continue.
Enter the following:
Outgoing mail server: mail.zumatel.net
Make sure "User Authentication" is checked.
Username: username-zumatel
Password: Your Password.
Click Continue.
Make sure Authentication is set to Password. Click Continue.
Review the information and click continue.
Click Done.
Select your Zumatel Account, and click the "Server Settings..." button and the bottom of the screen.
Change the Server Port from 25 to 587. And click OK.
On or after the March 29th 2007, select your old NetINS account and click on the Advanced Tab.
Uncheck the box that says Enable this account.
Click the red close button in the upper left, and Select Save from the dialogue that appears.
